Using Templates with Turbo Lister

All of our templates are compatible with Turbo Lister and are very easy to place into your listing. Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to set-up Turbo Lister to use any templates and how to add the auction listing code generated from our site into your listing.

Step One - Setting your preferences:

Note: The setting you established in this first step DO NOT have to be done each time you create a listing. Turbo Lister will remember these preferences when you set them and continue to use them for all subsequent listings.

Begin creating your listing as you normally would.

When you get to the "Listing Designer" area it is time to set some preferences.

1) Select the radio button next to "Your own web hosting".
2) Click the checkbox next to the sentence "The item will have a picture included in the description".
3) Click the checkbox next to "Save for future listings".
4) Click the OK button.

Reminder: The settings you established here step DO NOT have to be done each time you create a listing. Turbo Lister will remember these preferences you set them and continue to use them for all subsequent listings.

Why setting these options is important:

By configuring Turbo Lister to recognize that you are using your own web hosting, you are in effect telling eBay that within each of your auctions there are photos of your items. Ebay will then display the camera icon next to the title of your auctions in search results. This icon lets potential buyers know that the listing contains photos.

Step Two - Entering in your Listing Code:

Time to enter your auction listing code into Turbo Lister. Please make sure you have selected the tab that says "HTML View".

Paste your code from the Seller Sourcebook Auction Listing Generator into the upper text box as shown below. When you have done this click the Next button.
